Staff

Jeff Oxenford, (720) 353-4242, Cooperative Director, has more than 25 years of experience in water supply research, project management, knowledge management, and training. He currently is the Principal at Oxenford Consulting, LLC and has worked for the Rural Community Assistance Partnership, AWWA Research Foundation, and the NJ Department of Environmental Protection. He has been a leader in knowledge management and has assisted water utilities in implementing KM strategies; developed and managed an organization-wide knowledge management program; and chaired international, national, and regional KM committees. His work on SOPs originated from the need to capture and improve the sharing of knowledge. He holds an MSE in environmental engineering from the University of North Carolina at Charlotte and a BA in chemistry and environmental management from Warren Wilson College in North Carolina.
